2. Technical Disclaimers
While all product specifications (including panel thicknesses, airflow capacities, and fire ratings) reflect verified factory parameters, individual site conditions, HVAC layouts, and regulatory audits require bespoke design verification by our engineering team.
3. Governing Jurisdiction
All statutory legal terms and contractual agreements are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
